How does pricing work?

Three stages. Discovery is a fixed fee: $2,500 is the floor and the figure grows with the size of your team. Build is a single project, from $20,000, priced in full from what discovery finds. Run is monthly, and you see its price when the build wraps up, before you decide on it. The first call is complimentary and you leave it knowing the discovery fee.

What does the first call cost?

It is complimentary. We work out whether there is a job here worth doing, and you leave with the discovery fee in front of you, so you can decide with the number in hand.

Could our team build this ourselves?

Maybe. What rarely gets built in-house is the part after the plan: the checks, the record of every action, and the running of it in production.

What happens to the team's jobs?

Accepted Answer

The agent owns the repetitive middle of a job, and the judgement calls stay with the people who already make them. Your team spends the recovered hours on the work that needs a person.

Do AI usage costs come on top?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and they go straight to you. The model runs through Bedrock in your AWS account, separate from our fees, so the running cost of the system stays in the open.

What does an engagement look like?

Discovery first, where we work out what is worth building and what it is worth. Then we build the agent and the working memory it runs on, holding your data, rules and decisions. Then we run it on a monthly retainer, improving it as your rules change.

How long does discovery take?

Two to three weeks for most teams. It ends with a map of the job, the case for automating it, and a fixed price for the build. Discovery gives you the call in plain words, whichever way it goes.

If the agent makes a call you would not have made, what happens?

Accepted Answer

Out-of-policy actions are flagged, held or blocked before they run, and a person clears anything that needs judgement. During Run we watch the system in production, and the record shows exactly what happened and why, so nothing gets papered over.

Can we stop the Run stage?

Run is month to month. Thirty days' notice ends it, and you can take a full export of everything at any time, including on the way out.

Who owns what you build?

Accepted Answer

You do. The agents, the system they run on, your data and rules inside it, and the full record of what it did: all of it stays yours, whether or not we keep running it.

What systems do you work with?

The ones your team already works in: your accounting stack, your CRM, spreadsheets, email. Agents act through the same systems your team uses, on their own accounts, so you can always see which actions were theirs. If it runs your business today, it is in scope for discovery.

How do you keep our data safe?

Everything runs in your own AWS tenancy in an Australian region, and your data never trains a model, ours or anyone's. Access goes no wider than the job, anything sensitive holds until a person signs it off, and every action is recorded: who did what and when.

How is this different from a dev shop?

A dev shop builds what you spec and hands it back. We design the agent, build it, and run it in production, with a check on every action and a person in the loop where it counts. The difference shows up after launch, because we are still there.
